Chapters should submit key statewide issues as comments

Each state will develop issues of statewide relevance. The first step is for initial chapters to use the Comment feature to create an issue for future Forums, candidate Blogs, Polls and News Feeds. Enter the topic of this issue in the Subject field and then describe the issue in the body of the comment area. We will create a Forum and a Poll for each issue and news feeds for the top issues based on the poll of chapter members.
